CONDITIONS OF SALE

  • No accounts given
  • All accounts are to be pre paid
  • Orders under $50 attract a $10 processing fee
  • We accept payment via Direct Deposit, Visa Card or Mastercard
  • We will not commence production before payment.

SHIPPING

  • Interstate shipping is via TOLL, your courier or Australia Post Express Post Bags only.
  • We do not ship via Australia Post with the exception of 3kg air bags
  • TOLL minimum consignment fee is $45 based on Metro area delivery across Australia
  • TOLL collect from the Boxman on Tuesday and Friday ONLY
  • Shipping by TOLL on FRIDAY, your payment must be received by previous Wednesday
  • Shipping by TOLL on TUESDAY, your payment must be received by previous Friday

You will need the following information: (You can copy and paste this into an email)

  • Original Product Code
  • Quantity Required
  • Colour Required
  • Provide ideas of changes if required

 For a NEW product

Please provide as much detail as possible. (You can copy and paste this info into an email)

  • Type of product required
  • Usage for the product
  • Weight holding capacity
  • Length of the unit from left to right
  • Width of the unit from front to back
  • Height of the unit at the rear
  • Height of the unit at front - if not the same as rear.
  • Colour required

HOW TO ORDER

IF YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHICH PRODUCTS YOU WANT TO ORDER PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

STEP 1:

Email us: sales@theboxman.com.au

You will need to supply the following information: (You can copy and paste these details into an email)

  • Product code
  • Quantity required
  • Colour required
  • Your shipping address (if required)
  • Requested due date
  • Contact phone number (mobile # is acceptable)

STEP 2 (please allow 24-36 hours)

  • We will then Email to you a Proforma Invoice:
  • The invoice will include freight cost, expected lead time.
  • Should you wish to proceed with the order

STEP 3 (Payment)

  • Pay by net banking - our details are on the invoice
  • Once paid please send receipt by fax (08 9353 6866) or email sales@theboxman.com.au
    to avoid delays.
  • Pay by Credit Card
  • Email us: to request a credit card payment slip.
  • We email it back for completion
  • Once completed return via email or fax (08 9353 6866)
  • Once processed we will confirm via email
  • Your receipt will be sent with your stock.

STEP 4 Production

  • Once payment is complete production will be scheduled as agreed above.
