We have the expertise to turn your sketch or even an idea into reality with velocity.  Our Custom Design Service makes it possible to have exactly the box you need for the job. If you think you cant get a box to fit that special telescope or flat screen TV, think again, the Boxman can make it for you.  We also cut set backdrops, promotional poster boards, huge specialty cartons and boxes.   

Our expert designers, work with brilliant software to allow us to design what you need. Whether it’s designing from the ground up or customizing an existing design we can manufacture a product to suit your requirements.  

No matter what it is; Boxes, Point of Sale Display material, or Two dimensional profiles we can work with you. 

BOXES: We have numerous standard templates to design from- each fully customizable to suit your specific requirements (Size, strength, type of materiel used) 

POINT OF SALE / DISPLAY: We have a large standard range of point of sale material or we can look at your products and determine what best will display them, then as with boxes we can we can design from the ground up, or customize an existing design. 

TWO DIMENSIONAL PROFILES: No matter what it is,  maybe 50 large cut-outs of a dove in blue coreflute, pink elephant or a car, send us your image via email and we convert your electronic file into a cuttable shape.  Once converted we can email you a scaled image of the profile to be cut and in a matter of minutes have you approval to proceed with little fuss.  

Worst-case scenario (i.e. the slower option) we can design completely from scratch or from a simple picture / fax and then fax or email you a copy for your approval to proceed. 

3 DIMENSIONAL SHAPE: The procedure is the same however you will need to allow some extra time for design.  

By combining the functionality of computer aided design and computerized cutting we are able to design, test, refine and ultimately produce new products efficiently and quickly.

Design Service Costs

As it takes time to design you cartons, we charge

Design Fee - Ranges from $50,  A minimum fee of $50 is charged on all designs.  Design Fees range depending on time and complexity of design.

Sample Fee - Will be charged at the unit price quoted.
