cardboard
boxes
Bringing technology to the world of packaging.
By combining computer-aided design with computerized blade
cutting we are able to provide reliable, effective and
efficient low volume carton manufacturing.
T
raditional manufacturing of boxes leaves many customers high
and dry when their requirements fall below the large scale
“efficient production volumes” required by large
companies. At The Box Man we know that many companies
(both large and small) often require small production runs of
cartons or need specialty cartons such as large tv boxes or
something to pack that special heirloom. That’s why
in 2002 we introduced Western Australia
to a new kind of box manufacturer, one who provides
flexibility, speed and true customer service.
We design, quote, sample, test and manufacture cartons in a
fraction of the time taken by traditional manufacturing.
What’s even better is our minimum purchase quantity is 1 unit –
it’s hard to believe isn’t it?
To compliment our range of boxes we also produce; display
merchandising products, specialty heavy-duty shipper cartons,
cardboard pallets, rectangular layer pads, cake and pizza
circles, competition entry boxes, fundraiser “moneybox”
trays, brochure holders and much much more...
Along with our great carton range, we found a way to
embrace our creative talents and have developed a range of
children’s toys that are
exceptionally well received by all of the children and numerous
daycare centers that now own them.
We also provide a design and cutting
service to numerous customers (including advertising
agencies) for preprinted display materials and unprinted 2D
e.g. this year we made 40 pink elephants for a customer to use
in place of flamingos at a birthday party.
To compliment our manufacturing we are also Specialty Stockists of
household packing products
.
Our small production and sales team is committed to providing a
quality of manufacturing and service second to
none.
At “The Box Man” W
